Water helps in a lot of of way in our body it helps to regulate my body temperature because when water come to the skin surface as it evaporates which helps to cool the body during sports and also by having a lot of water in the body it will help to reduce physical strain during exercise water also helps in our digestive system it will end to his digestion faster because the bowel needs water to work properly and dehydration can cause some digestive problems which will increase the risk of developing heartburn and stomach ulcer what are also helps to flush our body waste because it is needed in the process of sweating and the removal of urine and feces and it also helps to prevent some kind of diseases in the body like kidney damage as problem or Cancer it reduce the risk of developing them when you drink a lot of water daily it helps to reduce weight because if you drink water instead of all this sweetened juice and soda it will help you to lose weight faster when you drink enough water it helps to prevent the kidney from functioning properly drinking water is the best way to make our body option very well
