We all know we will one day grow old. Growing old is not an option that we can choose from but is a natural thing that no one can escape from. This is the reason why we have to try and make money from now before it will be too late for us. My grandfather told me that the beginning of life is not as easy as the ending.

As a youth man, I did not get him but now I know that when I get old, my strength will be old too and where I used to go previously I can never go when I'm old. Therefore I have to work for money now so that I can enjoy the fruit of my works when I'm old. Taking this things into consideration make makes my blood run cold but is a natural mystic and I just have to accept it that way.

We all now at the age of 60 years, we will all retire from work and be in the house. By that time where we have money or not we can work for money again but the only thing we can do is to maybe invest into business. This mean we will use part of our pension pay to invest into this business.

Right from time, I have always had real estate in mind when it comes to starting up something for when am old. My reason for going with real estate is that besides the fact that it is very lucrative, it can as create residual income, and most importantly it can be passed down to the next generation as well. This means with time I can also give it to my children to manage it as well.

Investing in a business you have a passion for when you are young is really important, so you don't get stranded when you get old. It could be building a school, a hospital, or whatever caught your interest. Its really important to help you leave a comfortable life without too much calculation or looking for support at old age when you should be resting.
