It is of course very true that management and leadership definitely have some similarities or some duties in common. Although a manager is a leader of a leader necessarily he does not mean to be a manager. For example let us take the setting of a business organisation, a business organisation consist of superiors and employees and it is very possible for managerial activities to be carried out by the business superiors. Business superheroes including managers, directors, CEOs and employers, they possibly carry out the leading aspect in the business organisation, while the employees all the workers carry out their goal and objective achieving aspect of the business organisation.

The main areas of leadership we are totally familiar with our religious leaders and governmental leaders. Religious of governmental leaders usually carry out not to their own interest but that of their subjects in which they are elected to govern over. Same is also applied in a business organisation, a manager, director, or employer does not put his or her interest first but rather that of his or her employees and those making up members of the public who come into the business as customers or clients to patronize a business. A leader is considered to be approachable and understanding towards his or her subjects, same is also applied in the case of a business manager or employer. A manager or employer is noteworthy for his or her approachable and understanding qualities towards his or her employees.
