It is of course very true that management and leadership definitely have some similarities or some duties in common. Although a manager is a leader of a leader necessarily he does not mean to be a manager. For example let us take the setting of a business organisation, a business organisation consist of superiors and employees and it is very possible for managerial activities to be carried out by the business superiors. A leader is considered to be approachable and understanding towards his or her subjects, same is also applied in the case of a business manager or employer. A manager or employer is noteworthy for his or her approachable and understanding qualities towards his or her employees.
