@Badsha Shamim those are fine tips you mentioned up there they are indeed more than helpful. Eating foods that are highly rich in calorie has been proven to one of the best way to lose weight faster. Nevertheless, there are still several ways in which you can lose weight if you wish, some of this ways are as follows;

You will also need to learn how to balance healthy eating, you should be selecting the types of foods you would be consuming by staying off foods that can trigger your weight gain. Doing exercises is another thing should be looking in to, doing some physical exercises also can help you lose weight more easily it can be running, yoga, lifting weights, walking, boxing among others. Alcohol is another thing you should do away with, drinking alcohol can increase your weight overnight, so it is best to stay clear from it or you reduced the level of your alcohol intake. You should also avoid late night food. You can be drinking a glass of milk at your bed time routinely, but do not miss breakfast. Eating breakfast is very important if you want to lose your weight faster, you should not skip or avoid it.
