What they do now is to make sure they have solid feedback mechanism that will be catering for the satisfaction of their customers. These people may even call you in the midnight asking while you have not patronized them for some days or even asked you to tell your experience with your encounter with them.


All these are ways of promoting businesses even without making advisement. Like I said in the beginning, we need to be going a step ahead of others while doing business.
