Virtual Assistants are the people who provide remote services, through various online portals, to the clients. Just like an Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant also deliver a range of services such as customer support, email marketing, social media management, or content creation. The only difference between an Office Assistant and Virtual Assistant is how they deliver their service. An Office Assistant needs to be physically present where as Virtual Assistants can offer remote services. Despite the remote nature, consistent effort is also required for Virtual Assistant to be able to work. For instance, managing a client's social media pages necessitates daily work.

Virtual Assistants do provide remote services through online platforms and offer a wide range of services like customer support, email marketing, social media management, etc. The only difference is not just how they deliver their services. Virtual Assistants also work on a contractual or project basis, while an Office Assistant is typically a full-time employee. Additionally, an Office Assistant may have more responsibilities within a physical office, while a Virtual Assistant focuses solely on the tasks assigned by their clients. Both roles require consistent effort and daily work, but the type of work may differ.
