Unhealthy Habits you shouldn't adopt

This habits I'm about to mention please don't try them and if you'd tried them before please stop it cause they're dangerous to your health....
1.QUIT SMOKING
2.DON'T DRINK EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL
3.BRUSH AT LEAST TWICE A DAY.
4.TAKE YOUR BATH AT LEAST TWICE A DAY.
5.WEAR CLEAN CLOTHES AND UNDERWEARS ALWAYS.
6.ALWAYS EXERCISE At LEAST TWICE A WEEK.
7.AVOID JUNK AND FATTY FOODS.
8.TAKE LOW SUGAR CONTENTS.
9.DEWORM AT LEAST ONCE IN THREE MONTHS.
10.DRINK AT LEAST EIGHT CUPS OF WATER EVERYDAY.
Follow this rules strictly and be sure to live a healthier life.

One of the Unhealthy habits you shouldn't adopt is the excess intake of junks.am not saying you can not take junks but when you take it in excess it can cause diabetes which is not good for the body and healthy.another unhealthy habits you should not adopt is excess intake of sugar, don't take too much sugar it's not good for the body.another unhealthy habits you should not adopt is not exercising the body,when you don't exercise your body you will not be strong and it's not good for the body.so do this things for a good and better life.
