Before an individual or individuals set up a business there is a need for them to understand the basic idea about business background. A business has factors that will make it successful if put into consideration such factors Strength, Weakeness, Opportunity and Threat known as (SWOT). Now, what is Strength? Strength is the potential qualities that a business could make use of becoming successful such as suitable location, adequate capital, maximum production and lots more. Weakness is a problem of every business which could be nature or as a result of ending to bad environment, unable to raise capital and etc. Opportunity is the chance that a business has to make use in achieving its aims and objectives such as Goodwill while threat is a negative side of a business inwhich it could affect any activity or operation such as Rent.
