Electronic marketing otherwise known as digital marketing or E-marketing. And to be more elaborate it involves the use of the internet or any online based formula, technologies, or strategy in marketing the products or goods and services of a particular business organisation to members of the public but in this case to individuals surfing the internet. Device, gadgets, and technologies such as desktop, computers, mobile phones and other digital media-related websites and platforms are what is used to promote the advertisement and the showcasing of business goods and services and basically that is what electronic marketing or digital marketing is all about. The usage of electronic marketing in promoting business productivity an ability of becoming prosperous is absolutely not a smooth and easy task because by far there are some issues that may be encountered.
Indeed technology has totally impacted business but yet in some regions and countries of the world considered to be developing or underdeveloped there seems to be low internet infrastructure in this areas, thereby hindering the progress of electronic or digital marketing. Also in some regions and countries of the world there seems to be small scale businesses to large-scale businesses, and so this small-scale business owners may not be able to afford getting connected with electronic marketing to boost their business productivity. Last of all, inadequate knowledge on how to use the internet caused as a result of illiteracy can also be a problem to electronic marketing.
