Business sometimes looks more like a game but one can’t call it a game of luck but can rather be called a game of smartness because it requires one to be very smart and sometimes the the smartest gamer do lose. Believe it or not, there is no way you can actually go around this if you are running a business. There is always those moments where you will have to encounter some challenges and it is those times you will have to prove how good you are in owning and managing the establishment.

If you think that this is not real, you can go make findings about some of these big firms that have been in existence for so long. I am very sure that you will find out some hard times about them when they had to struggle with continuing their legacy. It usually (if not always) happens to entrepreneurs, most especially at their early stages.

Tolerance is one of the things that keeps one going when cases like this happen. You might want to give up but it is going to be something you would regret later in the future because it is more like you are running from your problems instead of you to stand and face it then conquer it.

There are things we ignore when we are preparing to start a new business, and this little things are very essential for the business to succeed. In fact those little things we ignore ought to have even defined the type of business we are suppose to venture into in the first place. There are some type of business that are meant for some people with some certain temperament, when deciding who and who to work with or be for hiring someone to work with you, you must put the temperament of that person as one of the major criteria before either accepting the offer or recruiting such a person, else you will discover that the business will either not grow or it will be declining gradually.

Tolerance is one major attribute any serious business minded person should always put into consideration before starting a business as an essential tool that will enhance his or her business customer relations and also increase the sales volume. The way we react and act when dealing with our customers will determine if they will come back to transact business with us. There is somuch a business will benefit from been patient with your customers.

Well, no matter how we are going to preach tolerance in business people will still fall at the way side be6 the tolerance level for each person differs as such people might not go far with it. if you can't continue with a business after trying different things maybe it might just be time to let go and try another thing. That's just the truth.

Rome is not built in a day. There is need for a business owner on how to have endurance. This will determine how far a business will go

There is always a time of down in business too. This time, all the efforts of the business owner will not be crowned ni matter how hard he tries. This is not the time to give uo but time to put more energy.

There may be time the competition will be too tough that quitting will seem the best option. We don't need to do this. Rather keeping strong will help us to navigate well.

During the time of trouble in business, we need nothing but to keep on pushing.

Tolerance is very important in every business because every day can not be celebration.
Some times business might be experience some problem and the owner of the business must endure the time so that the business will not collapse.
At times some customers will also make one to be unhappy but yet one still need to tolerate then because without them the business can not succeed.

By definition, tolerance means the ability to endure or put up with something unpleasant. In business, tolerance is essential because of the unique environment which encourages everyone to become involved in discussions and debates. Tolerance should not be mistaken for conformity. Although both are essential to a successful business venture, they must also be balanced with an open mind and an understanding of others' opinions, ideals and shortcomings in various businesses. Tolerating in business is more than simply accepting; it is taking what others have to say, business challenges and using it for beneficial applications in your work environment. This isn't always easy, i mean life is not always rosy, but practicing tolerance will have a positive impact on your working relationships, ultimately on you as an individual and durability of your business.

Businesses need to be tolerant of a variety of circumstances in order to succeed in today’s globalized marketplace. One critical aspect of being tolerant is exhibiting the ability to work with people who are different from you and accepting or looking for new ways to evercome or cope with some changes when they come. This requires an openness and willingness on the part of all employers and employees.

In any endeavor, especially a business venture, the challenges will always be there regardless if you are just starting or you are already a veteran. I am posting this comment because I agree with the title that tolerance is needed in the business. There are 2 sides of the tolerance. First is to lessen the burden on yourself as the business owner. Think if there is a small problem in the rented place of business and the owner does not do action then you have to learn how to tolerate the delayed action or better yet try to think of a way to resolve the issue. When you tolerate the owner of the place that means you are trying to be friendly or civil. Showing your anger will get you nowhere. But if you are friendly to the person then he may quickly grant your request (to fix the broken item in the building).
