You have to read a lot what others are writing to inspire what to write because we learn from others gradually and step by step. Also try to make revision to your work before publish your writing to find any incoherence in writing.

Writing of content involves a lot of research to be able to arrive at a reasonable point, and also becoming a great content writer is not something you will have to do immediately. It is something that you will need to practice and becomes an expert over a certain period of time . It is not something you can do within a short period of time.

To make things easier you have to focus on certain areas of writing . There are ghost writers and there are people that write contents to promote an affiliate product and so on . You needs to look for a way and specify in any of those areas of writing.

We need to give extra care while we are writing for forums, or writing online to earn money because once in hurry if we write substandard matter then it could be possible that it would be accept on that time, but when people will realize that mistake then we may be in hot water, so it is better to write quality content and double check the matter before submitting it. Sometime small or single missing word changed the whole sentences and give it's negative impact on readers. While writing if we keep in our mind that how can we give support to others then mostly things will be correct by itself.

Reading a lot will also help to improve ones vocabulary and learn different writing styles and how to convey information better. There can be a slight difference in perception from the oyer end based on one or two words that you use.

For example, an apology using the words, 'sincerely regret my actions', is more better than just saying 'sorry'.

It also helps to do research even on unrelated topics. The wealth of information you gain can put you in a position to make infirmed decisions and pass on such knowledge to others too.

I also use a dictionary a lot especially when I find words that one can forget the meaning of sometimes.
