There is virtually no business that will be obsessed with making profit and refuse to give a damn about their customers. If you really want your business, whether mega or micro to yield good profit, then you must have skills on attracting and also retaining customers. Here are some tips:

✓ Treat customers with care: Every customer should be treated well. Human beings love it when they are given attention and care and the more you do so for a customer, the more he or she will also get glued and prefer your service
