As a business owner who has created the business for profit they are some things that I want to help you in doing so . In general everybody in the business for the customers and as such we are supposed to be place as the number one priority . The second most important thing to you is your employees and as such you have to be very careful in your selection process in order to choose the best and does that can be able to help you in achieving your goals .

1. Experience . Experience is one of the biggest assets of every employee and this is so because they can be able to help you train for the junior employees and they can be able to work alone for lead other groups in the company .

2. Understanding . Apart from just having experience in work it is very important that every employee who you are interviewing understands the framework of the company and what you plan to achieve. It will be something that aligns with their own personal goal

Employees will also be people who are not going to demand for salaries that are going to drain the company .

With what was mentioned above, I would love to add more this that I think would be effective before considering choosing an employee.

1. Background: it is good to make a thorough research on who your employee is by taking an investigation on his closeness to friends and families and how people view his behaviours. You should also try to know the kind of people he engage with.

2. Living environment/location: it would be ideal if you hire someone who is a few kilometers away from you. You should hire someone who won't be available for emergency services.

3. Experience: every company wants the best people to work for them so as you. You should make sure he/she understands what he's trying to engage into. If possible take a little test to test his experience and how quick he is in handling situations.

4. Work experience: your employee should have a previous work experience and should be able to tell the difference between A and B. Even if you're the first company hiring him, a thorough check on his grades and past experience should tell if he'll make a good employee.

There are more things to be considered in regard to this topic. But I decided to pick what I think is the best out of them all.

There are indeed certain things we ought to consider during the recruitment and selection process. At times, the criteria should look beyond the level of intelligent quotient. If the potential employee perspective does not align with the organization's vision, then no matter the level of experience, it not advisable to select the candidate because it would lead to low worker's productivity. Again, the activeness of the potential employees should be considered. It is very possible to point out an active employee even at the point of recruitment but this can only be deciphered by a professional human resource manager. When all these measure are put in place, it makes the work more easier. It is always advised to hire an external human resource managers to take charge of the recruitment process and also select the candidates adopting the best criteria.

Well, when looking out for employees, you should be able to state or list all the qualities and attributes that is needed for the job position so that the potential employees would have an insight of what they are applying for or up against. experience should be looked out for when looking out for employees, the vision and mission also is a necessity to look out for. Finally, when hiring employees, you should know what their expectations are and what motivates them and as the employer, you should work towards their expectations to stimulate them to work hard in order to increase productivity.

Sometimes employers are left with the responsibilities of employing people that would help him or her around the business effectively. If you want to employ people there are a lot of things you need to put into consideration and make sure they are in place.

There are a lot of qualities you must to see in them in order not to make mistakes.

Anyone who must work in your business must have had a lot of experience. it makes a lot of sense for you to employ people that have a lot of experience because that will make them effectively work in your business environment.

If you employ people that are novice, there is a chance that they may not effectively work as someone who is experienced.

Another important thing that should be put into consideration when you want to recruit people or hire them into your business is there individual intelligence and versatility. It makes a lot of sense for you to employ people that are intelligent in your business because they will bring the lot of ideas that would help you become a successful businessman.

There are many people who started businesses and they didn't have enough knowledge but because of they were lucky to employee intelligent people in their businesses, they have now been successful.

When hiring employees, you should hire those who believe in your vision and mission statement as an employer.
Some startups and small businesses do not have an employee screening process. They just try to find the right fit at the time of hiring. If a company is in its early stages, it may be difficult to determine whether or not a new hire will be a good fit for the business. This lack of clear criteria for new hires can lead to poor employees and potentially poor results from their efforts.
In order to avoid this problem, it is important that all employees feel that they are being hired for the same reason. This way, new hires are likely to stay on board with the company's vision and mission statement.
Good employees are individuals who understand the significance of what you are doing. They understand how you want to make a difference and what it means for them to be part of your team.
They believe in your vision and share your goals, which leads to better productivity and more meaningful, personal relationships within the workplace.
While some companies do not interview potential employees until after they have been hired, it is important that you clearly define what your company values before hiring someone. In a similar fashion, all members of the company should be aware of their role in supporting your company's mission statement.

I like the fact that some employers know that they need to rigorously select their employees and they do not mind going to any length to accomplish this. The first thing because employing any candidate should be about checking if they are the right fit for your job
Some candidates can be very funny they apply for any kind of job just to try their luck. So you as the boss and know the kind of candidate and the qualifications that you want should only go for a candidate with such
It will be great to get a candidate with the right certificate and experience, you would enjoy better that way. it can tiring telling a worker things to be done like every moment of the way but it can't happen with someone with the job's experience already and qualifications

Candidates with the right experience will always take initiative, do a task better as they are used to it and that would be innovative about their tasks as they will look for ways to better the tasks given.

lastly, it is good to look at a candidate personality or lifestyle. you have no business employing a criminal looking person. You would might just be harboring criminals in your company.

There are alot of things to consider when hiring an employee, it all depends on the type of job you're offering.
But I think the best thing to consider before you hire an employee is passion.
Does he /she have passion for this job?
Or they're just interested in the pay.
From there I believe it will be easier to find what you're looking for.
