As a business owner, you must know that there are many things that have the potential and ability to kill or bring draw back to your business and it's growth. These may be characters, behaviors or other things that are liable to keep your business from attaining necessary heights.
✓ Excessive pricing: it is understandable that businesses must make profit but there are others that try to make profits beyond the normal. They choose to demand much on a lower costing good and this can greatly affects the number of persons patronizing you.
✓ Lack of authenticity: when you sell fake products or those that have been altered then people will avoid your shop. For example you buy a pack of matches for sale and decide to be using some and still sell half full match boxes. There are many forms in which this is done and it is indeed detrimental to the business and it's owner.
