Just like in the offices where there's job delegation to staff same can be applied to a business venture to achieve higher productivity. Delegating jobs which means sharing duties to different people than one person carrying out the duties comes with a lot of benefits to the business, the owner and the workers as well. So it is pertinent for a business owner to always apply delegation of duties because the below can be achieved.


1.Efficiency: For your workers to gain efficiency you would need to leave the different aspect of the business tasks to them. Let them do it and used to it for effectiveness.

2. Higher output; When the duties are carried out without waiting for one person to carry out a task, there's great tendencies of the output of the business to be high.

3. Development of new skills; When once people are allowed to work on different tasks they will learn new skills. So delegation would make the workers acquired new skills from the different tasks they will be doing daily
