In most companies and organizations, there are different categories of working staffs and their wages per month or anually, and in most cases they try their best to know their colleagues salaries and compares it to their own.
Is a normal thing that happens in every company, workers will always want to know how money is being paid and how much is going to other woy and them aswell, some staffs will go as far as asking their colleagues about their salaries.

Creating a law that will prevent them from revealing their salaries to themselves is on way to avoid such problems.
