The impact of Keeping Good Personal Belongings on our Health.

Maintaining a tidy home is an excellent practice to avoid the spread of illness between family members, including common cold and influenza. However, there are some aspects of the relationship between good personal belongings and our health that still remain unclear:

How many items do we need to keep in order to stay healthy? Is there a certain number of pairs of socks that will keep us safe from illness? (No.) Is it possible to have too many clothes? (Yes.)

What kinds of items should we be keeping? What about paperwork? Are there different rules for people who work from home, or who work in messy environments like construction sites or medical labs? Why can't our clothing simply be kept in a swanky dresser instead of folded up in stacks on the floor?

Does the temperature matter? Do we need an air conditioner to keep our stuff healthy at all times, or will we be okay if we just turn on the fan once in a while? What about humidity—is it okay if our stuff gets wet, or should they be stored in a dry place at all times?

The way we treat our personal items has a direct impact on our health. For example, if you keep your belongings well-organized, you will be able to find what you want when you need it and you won't have to stress about disorganization. Another example is that if you keep your belongings organized properly, they will last longer.

Some people like keeping a picture of their family or dear ones around them, in case they don't find it when they need it, what happens?
Going to the office early in the morning and not finding a pair of shoes or sucks.

The impact of keeping good personal belongings on our health is that if they are not kept in good condition they can be a major source of stress and could have negative impacts on our mental health.
