When you eat too much of carbs it slow down your metabolic rate and when your metabolic rate is slow than its causes weight gain so it is important for us to make sure that we maintain the balance of the nutrients and it also increases high blood sugar and causes less insulin production which can increase the risk of developing diabetes carbs increase cholesterol it's sheet out the bad cholesterol in the body which can develop heart diseases and if pregnant women consume carbs in excess then the excess sugar will travel from the placenta to the baby which can lead to further macrosomia that is the baby will have diabetes so we should avoid high consumption of carbohydrates you should make sure that we are not consuming it in excess so that you won't have to face any of the side effects does carbohydrates have a lot of benefits that it does to the body but when it is consuming excess that it is not much in the body because it leads to a lot of side effects and increases the risk of developing so many diseases in the body so it is better for us to make sure that the couple headed to consume daily is not in excess

too much of everything is not good for the health we should make sure that we balance the amount of nutrients that will take daily when you try to consume only carbohydrate it causes a lot of side effects with the body so you should minimise the intake and make sure that the amount of nutrients you consume daily is regulated so as to avoid all the side effects because when you consume too much of carbohydrates it leads to a lot of health issues so make sure that is the amount of carbohydrates that you consume daily is minimised

You are very correct about those dangers of eating too much of carbs you stated up there, Carbs in other hand also has their health benefits but you must consume them in moderation. Carbohydrate are commonly found in fruits, vegetables, grain and sugar etcetera. We all know that too much of anything is not good for human health irrespective of the benefits we derived from them.

Carbs also contain certain amount of sugar, and there is a level to what amount of sugar human body can contain but when the body is already filled up to that level, the sugar calories would end up being converted and stored as body fat which is harmful to human body. This can results to weight difficulties such as obesity, cardiac problems, among others.

Eating too much of carbohydrate can slow down the metabolic rate and when your metabolic rate is slow, it can leads to additional weight gain. Thus, it is very important for individuals to make sure that they do not consume too much of carbs. However, too much of carbs in the body can also results to the increase in high blood sugar and causes less insulins production thereby, leading to diabetes. Excess of carbohydrate in human body can also results to heart attack, diabetes, and other related diseases.
