[QUOTE="Augusta, post: 249697, member: 25283"] This is a very serious topic that workers need to take into consideration because wealth can only be made in good health and without that it is not rewarding for any one. The body loves to work but you need to care for it to be able to get the needed rewards from caring for it. Like you have rightly stated it is good to take adequate rest when one is in active service to avoid quick wear and tear by the body. The body can operate at an optimum range when the body is fit but same can't be when you are unfit and not in good health. Apart from resting, you can exercise as well to pump out stress and keep the body strong. Pumping self on a treadmill can keep one away from getting sick or being sluggish at work. Exercise is like having a power house for the body. it enable the body to strive and be as strong as it should be for the daily activities I totally agree with relaxing with fun things. if you love to read or watch some entertaining things then it will be a good way to destress as well.
