Knowledge and Education: Before getting into the real estate business it's very important to seek knowledge and also learn the rudimentary of the business, also learn how to apply the principles of the business to your local location where you intend to run the business, you can also intern at a real estate company where you live.

Capital: Next in line is capital, you can learn all you can but if you don't have enough capital you won't be able to make money out of it, it's important to be well capitalized to at least buy one or two homes to get started.

Estate management is what some people spend years to study in the university before they can practice. However, one can still enter the industry with some basic rudimentary skills. Become a property seller: If you have money to invest in properties and then sell those properties, this one is for you.
Property agent: If you do not have money but skills to market and sell properties, you can try this one. You can either work independently or work for a property company.
Promoter and marketer: You an also work as a marketer.
