As a Manager, there are certain steps you need to adopt inorder to boost your employees morale. It's not just enough to set up a business or an organisation without trying out creative ideas and innovation which can spur growth. It's not also enough to only pay salaries as at when due, you should be up to the task of doing more to get practical outcomes because the ecosystem is already competitive.

The steps involves; align your employees with the ideals of your business, encourage employees feedback, build a positive-thinkinh community devoid of sentiments, train your employees, transparency, give employee deserved recommendation or recognition, celebrate milestones in a special manner, choose assignments and clients carefully and invest in their personal growth.
 
if you are an entrepreneur or an employer having a company or a business organisation knowing how to increase productivity should be one of your qualities, there is no doubting the fact that to increase productivity there are various ways to do it one of the best ways to increase productivity is through employees staff and workers motivation,if you work as staff employees at all or lazy in their aspect of work productivity is said to be low that is why I ask the manager or the boss in the business organisation you must know how to motivate your employees to achieve daily organisational goals and objectives one way to do so is by employees compensation, most employees lose interest in their work because they are not been compensated for their past effort time and energy invested in carrying out organisational goals and objectives, another way to increase employees motivation is to show appreciation for work well done.

yes a lot of Managers thinks that because they are boss they cannot show appreciation to their employees workers or staff for carrying out a particular task given to him, this is actually not true as a manager or a business boss you must know how to appreciate your work is doing so who improve their reputation told you and as well productivity will increase
 
Raising productivity in any business organisation is very important and of course it is of a great benefit to the business on the long run. As a manager of any business it is very important that you have some qualities which includes being good in motivational speaking. When you are someone who is good in motivational speaking, you must be able to encourage the workers to do their jobs and raise their level of productivity. Merely encouraging the workers may not really be very effective but as a business owner or manager it is very much important that you lead by example. when you lead by example your workers will have no excuse for not being very productive because they are being paid for the work they are doing. Another good strategy which some businesses employ to raise workers' productivity is employees promotion. when you promote your employees overtime, there is a high possibility that they will try as much as possible to put in your best in order to be promoted. Everybody wants to grow and when they see an opportunity to grow they will definitely put in their best to get to that level. Holding of weekly seminars is also very important in raising workers' productivity.
 
I wish all entrepreneurs or business managers knew that in some sort of way, the productivity of their businesses is tied to the inputs of their employees.

Some bosses do not care about employee growth, all they want is, do what you are paid to do. With all the dynamics in the business sphere, one does not expect to employ the same strategy used a couple of years back.

It is important that if you want your business to be productive, ensure that your team, workers or partners continue growing in knowledge and skill; open them up to new techniques, welcome their ideas, allow those with abilities to flex it, motivate them from time to time.
