As a manager of any business it is very important that you have some qualities which includes being good in motivational speaking. Merely encouraging the workers may not really be very effective but as a business owner or manager it is very much important that you lead by example. when you lead by example your workers will have no excuse for not being very productive because they are being paid for the work they are doing.
