A business is established to make the customers and clients or members of the public at large to feel satisfied and to feel comfortable in getting their needs and wants satisfied. A deviation from this purpose simply means that the business is engaging in some sort of unlawful practices which totally can lead to the downfall of the business if care is not taken. Laws affect business in all manner of ways and that is because in a business they are categories of persons with different status and with different sense of attitude, and so in order to make sure that each of everyone in the business organisation performs his or her role effectively they should be rules and regulations. However below has some unlawful practices of business:
* False products advertisement: in order to gain the attention of members of the public, businesses usually use the channel of advertisement via the media to make individuals get to know their products more better and to know its purpose as well. Sad to say many businesses advertise false products, which are only out there to falsely win the interest of members of the public.
* Deceptive pricing: whether the business is a good selling business or a service providing business, they must be always something to give in exchange for money or profits, however some business owners usually price their products excessively far from the usual and normal way the products will be priced, their aim here is to make more profit and outrun their competitors.
