First , you need Customer service skills as food service has to do with customer experience.. As a host you need to be very friendly and maintain customer satisfaction
Next is time management,food must be served quickly to maintain a certain temperature for the the enjoyment of the customers.
Organization skills will be needed for maintaining inventors and kitchen supplies same with creating a welcoming atmosphere for diners.
