[B]Blink Often[/B] You should always blink a lot especially when you are using computers step or mobile phone to work online. Blinking helps to clean our eyes. [B]Take A rest from Computer/Phone[/B] Try to take a rest for every 20 minutes you spend in front of computer system or your mobile phone. This will help to reduce the pressure on your eyes.
