That makes me think that it is very important to still have some level of control and overseeing even when you have a business manager and this may not necessarily be like you won't give the manager the permission to run somethings based on his thoughts but you must also be a factor when it comes to decision making and you most constantly check in to see the business and go through the progress it is making.
