Share Your Crazy Work Experiences?

if you've been employed for a quiet a time, you'll experience a lot of drama and crazy experiences, many employers are starting stupid megalomaniacs while some are cool and level headed, some are a tad bit dramatic and so forth, in this thread I want you to share your work experience with the forum, and how you were able to navigate through that.

I don't have much work experience, but what stood out for me was an OCD boss I once had, he wants everything to be done perfectly to a fault, he always revise everything himself, cross check letter and make a lot corrections to staffs, till the point where it gets boring and staffs started taking it personally.
