Salary increase can only be granted to a business employee when he or she definitely needs it or deserves it but sometimes not a whole lot of employer see the need why a particular business employees salary or wages should be increased . When a business employee of worker tries his or her best to achieve business goals and objectives he or she deserves to be paid according to his or her workload reasonably and considerably because when he or she is possibly underpaid he or she stand a chance of becoming reluctant and unwilling to constantly achieve business goals and objectives as expected and as planned . Business objectives and goals can only be achieved by a business owner that is being compensated wisely and considerably by his business employer or manager .

Most of the times one of the most major reasons why majority of business owner do not try their best to compensate their employees reasonably and considerably is because of greed and in most cases it could be as a result of the business not meeting up with output and productivity in order to be able to pay out employees and workers considerably . But whatever the case maybe do not try to underpay your employees because that will lead to a whole lot of disaster for the business organisation .

They are definitely a whole lot of reasons why a particular business employee or worker could be underpaid by the business organisation that he or she possibly tries his or her best to make sure to achieve its goals and objectives so that the business organisation can possibly make a profit so as to sort out it possibilities and responsibilities but yet the business organisation do not find it meaningful to considerably and meaningfully pay his workers which is absolutely wrong and bad . When a business employee or worker is not considerably and reasonably paid he and she developed and on winning attitude and behaviour toward achieving business goals and objectives again because he or she has totally resolve in his mind that he will totally be underpaid .

Sometimes it could be as a result of greed on the part of the business employer or manager not valuing the good works of his or her employees and workers and so because of this he totally underpays them . In a situation like this is a business employee can definitely speak to his employer for a salary increase and if his request and being denied he or she has the power to look for another job and file for a resignation .
