Salary increase can only be granted to a business employee when he or she definitely needs it or deserves it but sometimes not a whole lot of employer see the need why a particular business employees salary or wages should be increased . When a business employee of worker tries his or her best to achieve business goals and objectives he or she deserves to be paid according to his or her workload reasonably and considerably because when he or she is possibly underpaid he or she stand a chance of becoming reluctant and unwilling to constantly achieve business goals and objectives as expected and as planned .
