One of the main reasons why many business managers and business employers do not always acknowledge the decisions and opinions of their employees and workers is because they feel so overconfidence in handling their business problems and issues which somehow in many situations may not be really working well for them. Employees and organisational workers do have the responsibilities in giving opinions and sharing their ideas especially in times of resolving business problems and issues. Business managers and owners should not always have the mindset and employees and workers are only responsible for achieving organisational goals and objectives but rather inasmuch as they achieve organisational goals and objectives they are also liable in giving their own ideas and opinions concerning goals and achievements and problems resolving.

There are thousands and millions of situations where ideas and opinions from business employees and workers have totally saved and shield the business organisation from encountering negative repercussions and unforeseen negative occurrences which would have happened. An employer or manager who gives his employees and workers the privilege of sharing their ideas and opinions is assured to conquer any business problems and issues that may arise in the process of achieving and accomplishing business goals and objectives.
