Renting a structure for the business organisation can totally up to the cost of running the business and if the business is going to be a manufacturing kind of business the cost of renting will also be fused into the prices of your goods and services. So it can be very interesting for you to build your own structure for business organisation. But not all individuals have sufficient and adequate capital to establish a space to carry out business activities and so because of that they rent possibly for the meantime. There are so many reasons why it is absolutely preferable to build your own structure to carry out business activities instead of renting and also there are so many advantages of renting a business structure instead of building your own personal business structure. That is to say anything with advantages also have disadvantages.

Building a structure for business activities can cut down the cost of production or cost of making sure that goods and services are available for sale and rent, on the other hand renting a structure for business activities can also be interesting especially if you have to relocate to another area as a result of finding out that the present environment is not conducive for you to make expected business profit and income, and so having in mind that the present structure you stay for business activities isn't built by you but rather rented, makes it much easier to relocate.

I know it can be hard to make that decision. But here are some things to consider:

1. How much money do you have? Do you have enough cash to cover your monthly expenses and invest in your business?

2. What kind of work do you want to do? If you want to do something that requires lots of physical labor or involves handling chemicals or machinery, it's probably better for you to rent because it will save you money on insurance and equipment repair costs. On the other hand, if you want a space where people can come in and sit down and eat their lunch, or hang out with friends and play games, then renting might not be the best option for you.

3. How long do you plan on staying in this space? If you're planning on leaving soon (or at all), then renting might be more cost-effective than owning because it won't require ongoing maintenance costs like upkeep on plumbing or electrical systems as well as repairs on walls that may need painting every year or two (depending on how old they are).

Renting of a property is usually for a short period of time and it is expected that you pay your rent at the end of the day or at the end of the month , at the end of the year depending on their agreement you have made with the owner of the property.

A lot of people that are financially capable will always choose to buy the property at once if the owner is willing to sell it out . The only thing is that buying properties in a suitable location that you could locate your shop or any other business is always expensive, that is why a lot of people who do not have the money to acquire the property at once will always choose to rent it for a specific period of time.

Any of those could be profitable depending on the location and also your financial capability.
