Relaxation as an important factor to our survival.

Majority of individuals do not know that relaxation and having a leisure time were you rest and sit down so as to steam-off the stress and anxiety of the day , is actually very important to our health and survival . Majority of us work in huge mechanical industries that will always need our manpower , our mental faculties , and our physical strength so as to be able to move things , to carry things , and to process things , and so it will be on wise if we do not give ourselves even a little time in order to cool our body members thereby rejuvenating them , to carry on the activities of the day or possibly the next day .

If you are an employer that have various employees , workers , and staffs working under you . It is advised to not overwork your employees , it is commendable that employees try to do the best so as to carry out business objectives and assigned tasks and duties , but yet giving your employees the ability to relax is very vital to their physical and mental well-being . Once in a while it is advised to give an employee a day off or a week off so that him or her can put his or her mental and physical properties and faculties together again , so as to get things done when he or she resumes business or work activities .

On a normal basis,the human body requires rest. Without rest we may likely collapse at anytime we do not expect.

Some people do not give themselves to this rest of a thing,they feel they can go ahead doing all they've scheduled for the day without having their leisure time.

Even if some persons has no idea of the benefits of rest,it has been like a song from doctors to their patients,that they should try cutting time out of their daily schedule for rest.

Also,if we add a little nap to that rest, only that close of eyes for some minutes has gone a long way in relaxing your nerves and making your head chill from any form of head ache that tried to surface.

Further more,if we don't mark out time to rest,our body will be customer to some kind of illness that may debar us from those things we were suppose to do.

Some people have cut short their life span as a result of lack of rest.

Well, some people tends to feel restless when they take a break from that work they are engaged in. Why? Because it was a very pressing job.

What if you happen to collapse on that work? Some other person will take your place!
In all your tight schedule, ensure to rest.

I have seen and come across a lot of persons who are workaholics, they tend to over work themselves, with the mindset that resting or relaxation as you called it, is for the lazy ones. What many do not understand is that our bodies are also like machines, once we over work them, they would definitely breakdown. So once in awhile, we need to slow things down and take some time to rest.

Relaxation helps you recover what you've lost and regain strength to do more. Without rest there will be fatigue and break down. That is why it people are advised that take a nap at noon.

Relaxing is a human way of recharging your energy goes down and you need to refresh. Stress can result to headaches, body aches and discomfort.

There are amazing benefits of relaxing.
When you sleep well it makes handling stress easier and simpler.
With all the hustle and bustle of our everyday life m, we wear and tear, and need to refresh, to regain our energy and relax our muscles.

Lack of sleep is said to weaken the immune system and with that our body becomes vulnerable to virus attacks.

Sleeping on the other hand activates something in our brains that helps improve our memories, people who sleep have the ability to accumulate and accept knowledge faster than those who do not sleep.

Apart from eating balanced diet and doing exercises sleeping helps in regulating weight. Sleep lightens the mood, makes the you feel easier and less depressed. Brings out the happier moods in you.

Generally sleep improves the health.

The role of rest in anyone life can't be overemphasized because it plays a vital role in ones life. Even the creator after everything on the seventh day he rested. This is how it should be you work and rest and you would enjoy the benefits herein

Enjoy rest or taking out time to relax helps the body to function at a optimal level. it is because all the nerves ot the body has rested and working at this point will be very easy because you wouldn't be feeling tired. I don to think any serious job can be done when one is exhausted but same can't be experienced when one is relaxed and all part of the body are at synched.

Another benefits of relaxing the body is that the brain also would be relaxed and this will help one to focus and concentrate better than when the brain is in riot. To build the brsin and train it to be more responsive so that you function effectively in a position, you would always need to relax the brain a lot better.

Relaxation is medicinal to the body and everyone needs to take good dose of it, it will help In all areas of the body.

Relaxation time is so good for you indeed. We live in a very busy world. You will get that people use a lot of their energy, thinking and emotions doing so many tasks. Without a break and relaxation time, you will experience extreme fatigue and that is not great for your future productivity.

Relaxation is a very important factor that we must consider for our wellbeing. Time taken for Relaxation should not be measured. In my opinion, the time to relax must be communicated to you by your body . It is your body that could communicated to you when it needed rest and when it needs to get working. The implications of not getting enough relaxations is very bad because it could lea d to an untimely death. So, if you need to survive, you will need to get this into your routine activities. Whenever you work and you body system isn't cooperating , it is an indication that you need to take a napp. You will discover that when you have enough rest, your body system will be brand new and you Will perform better in your subsequent activities.

The physical fitness is tied to the number of time you take
to rest. You could see this whenever you wake up in the morning. At this time, your strength will be very high and you will be physically fit. But when you start working and not taking enough rest, your strength and physical fitness will keep diminishing gradually.. it is an indication that you need to take a rest again.

The act f relaxing if very good for our health which people don't really know that when we don't get enough rest our blood flows in a wrong way and our heart beat increases which is really bad for our health.

There are many things which we can do to relax our selves we can go to ghr beach and take a swim and chill at the shore maybe shade in sunlight for a little.

Or we can go to a spar where we can be taking care of with massage on our body and creams which will increase our sling glow will be applied on.

Human beings are different in many ways some people relax themselves just by watching TV and nothing more while others prefer reading books or going for lectures or even listening to music or whatever makes you relax should be your priority to what you should do in order to promote your health both physicaly and mentally we should also try to get good sleep for sleep is very important to the human body especially to the brain and heart lack of sleep will make someone dizzy and lazy when they wake up the next morning which shouldn't be so

Just like the way in which you cannot deliver to the using your laptop computer or your mobile phone for 24 hours is it the same way you are expected not to be using your body for 24 hours also.

It is very important that you should try to take rest and relax from time to time so that it is going to give your vital organs and opportunity for them to be able to relax so .

Taking rest is going to allow your brain to be able to cool down as well as avoid you from having sicknesses that are concerned with the brain like excess secretion of dopamine which might cause Parkinson's disease in the future.

Rest is also important for you to be able to maintain a very good and healthy physical shape . There are some times in which you might do a long work and then you are going to be experiencing pains in some kind of your body but the rest is going to ensure that the muscles and the tendons are going to relax and then bring it back to normal .

This is why it is advisable that employers should always give your employees time in between work for them to rest.
