During a recession, people and businesses stop spending money. This brings the value of some assets down, which were actually inflated during the normal times, or bull run. The recession also causes some quality assets to become cheaper.
Here is the catch.
The value of assets is down and you can start fishing in the muddy water. You can start buying assets. For instance, during this time last year, Bitcoin was above 60K. However, it is a little less than $17K. Bitcoin is a quality asset whose price has gone down and you can start investing. During the bull run, Solana almost crossed $200, the inflated price has now come down to $13. You can start buying this asset. Not just in crypto work, even the stock market is going through the same situation.
