We are very familiar on what a collaborative business is, and by definition of description a collaborative business is a kind of business whereby two separate and similar businesses comes together to carry out business activities for the purpose of joining resources and joining mental and physical manpower in order to make a reasonable and acceptable numbers of profit. In some areas of west Africa and majority of businesses have collaborated possibly due to one reason or the other.

Yes, making profit isn't the only reason why majority of businesses collaborate today but also majority of businesses collaborate as a result of one business not having sufficient manpower or sufficient employee and so instead of letting the business collapse, the business employer of the failing business should look for another employer or manager and form an agreement of collaboration possibly within a year or two. It is important that we understand that collaborative businesses is totally different from partnership because partnership is a business formed between two or more individuals but rather a collaborative business is your business formed between two separate individuals who already own their business initially.

There are so many audible reasons why majority of businesses choose to collaborate, especially in some areas of west Africa majority of businesses mostly banks and manufacturing companies choose to collaborate as a result or as a reason of capital fusion and labour or man power fusion. When business collaborate, the sole aim and objective is to make more profit as a result of having sufficient capital and sufficient level 28 the process of achieving goals and objectives. It is true that business collaboration is 100% different from business partnership. Partnership is absolutely a relationship existing or subsisting between two or more individuals, who accept to carry out the objective of business for profit making.

On the other hand a collaborative business are two separate businesses who will once established by two separate business managers and owners, but due to the, lack of resources or the lack of labour buy one business or company, it may seek for ways to collaborate with another company so as not to collapsed completely. Business collaboration is absolutely one way for fragile and struggling business is to heal.
