With my experience in raising parakeet also called love birds I can say that it is a profitable business. With a nice cage for each pair and a love nest made of coconut shell the parakeet multiplies fast. In one year a pair of parakeets can have an offspring of more than 10 so you can imagine the profit if you can sell all those 10. Of course the selling should be in pairs with a male and female for future growth of the population. The only expensive need is the bird seed for the feed and drinking water too. This is a fun business for the bird lovers that will surely make you enjoy taking care of them.
