Qualities of a good business manager!

Been a good manager entails alot, first to be a good manager we must first appreciate the knowledge of time management, management has a lot to do with time management. And now we must also consider resource management, which include both human resource and financial resource management. So we need to put all those things into consideration. A proper management of this things will guarantee how well we will do, in achieving the objectives of the organization.
 
Most of the time, a manager is chosen according to academic credentials and experience. But that is not enough to really know if the person is qualified. That is why they have to go through an interview and a probation period of working. During the interview, the presentation of the person will show if they have the skills. Then the probation period of working will further proof if they can actually showcase the managerial skills at the workplace.
 
In my list of traits and behavior of a business manager on the top is patience followed by diplomatic skills. The manager is where the buck stops, so to speak. He is the problem solver whether the problem is petty, minor of major. If the manager has a bad temper then that is not a good combination with the business.
 
A good business without a good manager is going now where. A manager is the driver of a business and his decision determines in a great way the success or failure of a business.. A good manager should learn when to correct and direct with great enthusiasm. A good manager should always lead by examples.
 
A good manager must be somebody that is creative in thinking and ready to execute his thought in a good manner
Good manager is like a driver that drives other staff to do things in an organization.
Manager is in the stage of making decision for the organization. And they are a problem solver .
 
A good business manager is charged with a huge responsibility of ensuring the growth and development of the organization. He focuses more on the customers satisfaction and the wellbeing of the employees. He lives by example and lead his team to be discipline. He is a good team leader and never discriminate among the staff.
 
For a company to achieve its goals it needs a good manager. A good manager must be very good and planning and organizing the day to day activities of the company. He must have a good accountability that is, he must be able to explain the how the company resources where being used In a simple way and a good manager always take responsibility of his actions. A good manager is a mentor to his staff.
 
Any company that wants to succeed and of course make a lot of profit and progress should employ a quality business manager. good business managers know how to manage employees and also how to make them work effectively for the benefit of the business and a company. They also put the interests of the company and business before any other thing. They are also good organizers.
 
A successful corporate manager will efficiently organize corporate resources to achieve the company target. A good business leader positively affects the company's workers, which results in improved employee productivity and a good income for the company. While establishing any kind of business whether online or offline. The post of manager is very important to be filled by a competitive person. Which kind of things you have to kept in mind while hiring a manager. Would you go for experienced one or you will give a chance to newbie to prove himself? And what qualities you will look for a person who is coming to you for the post of manager. Would you slect a person having only degree of education in the relevant field or experienced person with less education?
 
Being experienced doesn't equal good management skills, while being inexperienced doesn't make the person less qualified for the position.
A good manager must be attentive, ready to listen to his/her subordinates. A good manager is also open to ideas, some managers do not want to accept that the customers or workers under them can be creative as well, they want to be the only one bringing in the ideas which is bad.
 
A good manager should have the following characteristics: he or she must have a quality of high adaptability and goal oriented. He or she must be trustworthy, accountable and responsible. He or she must ability to motivate other to work and he or she must ready to work excellently under little or no supervision.
 
You don't need any kind of degree to be a manager... All you need is your leadership instincts and your thinking... A good manager is that that can manage not only the money or the resources available but one that also manage the manpower given to achieve the unachievable... A good manager is that quicken the mind of his/her subordinates to achieve a common goal.
 
At this point, I think a good business manager should be able to work under little or no supervision. A good business manager should be a good team leader. But come to thing of it, since partially ever established business primary aim is to maximize profit and minimize cost, then the best quality any good business manager should possess is the ability to maximize profit and minimize cost.
 
A good business manager should be someone that is able to coordinate effectively the affairs of a business. The person should be able to speak with staff direct their fears of the business effectively and also to be able to leave a good example 4 the employees that's what I believe should be the quality of a good business manager although there are some other things added but that's the basic
