A public job is one that at times can be called a government job. It is run by the government and all it's runnings and funds are provided for by the government. While on the other hand, a private job is a job that one can secure from private institutions who run their organisation without any direct dependence on the government.

They operate independently and so while a government job may at times be seen as permanent and pensionable, a private job is seen and regarded as temporary and only at rare times pensionable.

As a civil servant who is at the same time a government worker has so many things that he or she can enjoy after the period of his or her work such as house funding, gratuity and pension which at so many times is not found and applicable to people who work with private organizations.

A private job at times comes with much and huge demands and will want you to carry out higher amount of tasks than a public job, though this is not a constant thing as at times, you have the complete opposite.

What can you say about these two and if allowed to choose, which kind of job will you prefer?
