During the holiday season and other occasions like Valentine’s Day the gift shop is full of customers. They buy gift wrapper or gift bags made of carton. Some customers bring along their gift to be wrapped in the store. The owner has a big number of staff during occasions to handle the influx of customers that usually lasts for more than a week. The staff are mostly temporary workers only and paid on a per day basis. There is only 1 permanent staff who teaches the needed skills like wrapping gifts and handling the gift items properly. One thing that is good in this business is that the items in the shelves have no expiration date.
