Support points deducted

Hi. I would like to ask something, please.
Why half of my points were deducted from my account?
That is very disappointing. Please let me know what the problem is because
I am a new user and maybe there are things I do not know.
I would appreciate it.

I had more than 0.73 credits in my account and now I have only 0.35 credits so I decided to ask for
your help.I really like your site and the truth is that I have been working on posting a lot today.
It was very disappointing for me when I noticed that half of my credits were deducted from my account.

Now,as I understand from your message,my credits will be added again,correct?
