It is absolutely true that sometimes in business cost of production tends to be very high and because of these majority of businesses have absolutely shut down some of them have got liquidated and bankrupt as a result of not being able to carry out business day-to-day activities and practices that have been the increasing of business output and in the formation of business profit . In situation like this a business will have to persevere and one of the best way to do so is by focusing existing business resources on those goods and services that customers and consumers are more likely to purchase now . Marjority of business owners do not see this as a solution of persevering through tough times in business but so very sincere it is absolutely one of the best solution to follow when trying to persevere or trying to maintain business output during tough times in business .

One of the ways to know the goods and services in which customers and consumers are more likely to purchase now instead of wasting a whole lot of time is by conducting a feasibility study in order to find out what your customers and members of the public are more likely to purchase from you and that will absolutely go a long way in helping you know which goods and services to focus existing business resources on .

Sincerely, When things are going well, we tend to take it for granted. We're so focused on what we have and what we've been able to accomplish, that it's easy to forget all the hard work that went into making things happen. But when things get tough, it's important to remember how far you've come. It can be easy to give up when things start going wrong, but persevering through tough times in business is often just as important as perseverence in good times.

When you hit a rough patch and your business is struggling, it's important for you to remember why you started this journey in the first place. If your goal was simply "be happy," then there's no reason why you should stay in business when times get tough. But if your goal was something bigger than that — like making money or building a legacy — then you need to remain focused on those goals and keep working towards them even when it doesn't seem like anything is working out anymore. If you're having trouble staying motivated during the good times (and let's face it: everyone has), then think back on all of the hard work that went into getting where you are now — whether it's worth quitting now.

Every business must go through tough times. Even the most successful business today might have gone through one tough time or the other. Business owners can persevere through tough times by the following ways;
  • Effective Communication with team members: The power of team work can never be over emphasized. I believe that even the smallest member of a team can make a big contribution that will benefit the whole team members. No employee should be looked down on. There should be effective communication between employee and employer and also between employees.
  • Cutting Cost: During tough times, business owners should learn to cut down costs and prioritize expenses. They shouldn't spend on unnecessary things like interior decorating and stuffs like that. I'm not saying the business environment shouldn't be attractive. It can be attractive but it shouldn't be the main priority of the business when it is undergoing tough times.
