I believe that even the smallest member of a team can make a big contribution that will benefit the whole team members. No employee should be looked down on. There should be effective communication between employee and employer and also between employees.
• Cutting Cost: During tough times, business owners should learn to cut down costs and prioritize expenses. They shouldn't spend on unnecessary things like interior decorating and stuffs like that. I'm not saying the business environment shouldn't be attractive. It can be attractive but it shouldn't be the main priority of the business when it is undergoing tough times.
