Operating a guided tour to a rural tourist spot

If you had read the travel agency that my niece and her friends had planned they have shifted to a business of tour operator for tourist spots in the rural area. My niece and her 3 friends are all graduates of a tourism course. The capital requirement is pretty small because the office can be the home temporarily. It is in the establishing of connections where the effort is needed.

The first requirement is the transport vehicle with a driver. It can be rented on a per day basis. The tour guide will be provided by the company. The tourists will be brought to the destination that includes the accommodation and food. The itinerary will be accomplished in 2 or 3 days depending on the package. The profit is not much for starters but it will grow as the business goes on.
