On the non-fungible token (NFT) market platform, fraud, intellectual property theft, and plagiarism are forbidden, yet because to a lack of comprehensive policies, it has become standard practise.

People are converting other people's assets into NFTs without their permission, as well as selling stolen NFTs, raising questions about the market's legitimacy. In June 2022, a new "Copymint Prevention System" has been established on the "OpenSea" platform, the largest platform by NFT market volume, to manage these issuies.

. OpenSea has also been chastised in the past for failing to prevent the selling of stolen NFTs and for being slow to respond to such events. As a result, Darin Finzer, co-founder and CEO of OpenSea, pledged a stepped-up effort to prevent such incidents.

The NFT market will be stabilised if OpenSea's new approach is successful in eliminating fraud, intellectual property theft, and plagiarism. By the way, cyber crooks will try to break into this as well, so everyone should be on the lookout.
