Without a doubt, you need to work with an experienced realtor who is well-connected and knows what they’re doing. Before you do anything else, make sure that your goals are clear – figure out what matters most, how much money is available for spending, where this should take place etcetera. This will help inform market research so it’s important not skip that step either as understanding things like current conditions along with trends plus comparable properties requires some digging around first off which means having done said digging around before beginning any negotiations of course but we’re getting ahead ourselves here aren’t we? Don’t forget location! Think about access and future value too because these things can really make or break an investment sometimes (especially in terms of privacy).
