I feel as if I am a raging animal, when my stomach begins to growl. This normally happens when I go without caffeine. Unfortunately I become another person. I was on lunch break one afternoon and completely freaked out on my cars blinker system as I rolled through the drive through. Yelling at my blinker that was now stuck. The sudden surge of anger comes out of nowhere. As I eat, I reflect on the moments when hunger was at its peak... And realize that there has to be a solution for this irritation I seem to get. It's almost like a hot flash. Yet in this case I'm looking at a cup of strawberries and cream, wanting to dive in it. Of course...I need help. Please.
