Luxury real estate developers are those that build luxurious and palatable houses for those that love luxury, these kind of houses are not for the average joe they are made for business owners, politicians and celebrities among others, most of the components of the houses are imported, and an average luxurious house is expensive.

Most luxury estates are collaboration from multiple of real estate developers and it's often inspired by ancient design, a lot of companies have recently started investing in real estate, for example the Versace designer brand invested in a couple of real estate in Dubai with Versace themed interior and it costs a lot of dollars to rent.

Luxury estates are often empty especially in my country because people can't afford them sometimes they're used to shoot movies and nothing else, there's a lot of projects going on that involves luxury apartments especially the island part of my country, there's Eko Atlantic. It's a city that's being built scratch and it's been dubbed the Dubai of Africa a lot of real estate developers collaborated in that project.

Dubai is also a prime example of a thriving luxury real estate market because there are a lot of rich people that are visiting the emirates.

People like Us won't even consider to engage in this even if we have an opportunity to engaged in real estate because this is mainly for politicians and other people that have money, the only investment we are capable of doing now is just to invest in any land which we believe will be profitable in the future, but for the act of buying a whole house to resell it later in the future is only for people that have a lot of money, this type of investment may be profitable because you will only be able to attract clients like politicians and celebrities just like you mention.. real estate generally is profitable.

Luxury type of real estate seems to be a good way were by one can earn passive income with, without encountering any sort of problem nor obstacle, one can be bringing all those sort of luxuries and be either selling it or even invest it for long before selling it out, but from all indications luxury form of real estate business is not meant for fissible business men who lack the necessary fund to start this form of business because it demands too much, but I think if one has the necessary fund to start this form of business he can earn a lot of money.
