Learning from the examples of other business colleagues.

Although sometimes it is not advised to judge our actions with the actions of another but in most areas of Life especially in business it is 100% advise that we learn from the examples of others and as it is always said that no one can be perfect if he or she does not get from the perfect . It is 100% important that we understand the importance of learning from others when it comes to business and without the knowledge and the impactation of wisdom from others we indeed will not become expert and perfectors our self . When we talk about learning from the examples of others especially our business colleagues we are talking about those good qualities and those good actions that our business colleagues exhibits that are worthy of imitation and expression .

Some of the qualities that we can learn from our business colleagues included a habit of punctuality and the habit of keeping good business customer service . We shouldn't be over confident in ourselves when it comes to business because to some extent of our confidence in business may lead to our downfall , so that is why it is advised that we seek the advice and opinions of others in order to better our actions when it comes to business .

I indeed totally agree with you on the area where you made mention that we should not always judge our actions with the actions of another because one thing that is absolutely mandatory is that others always make mistakes and sometimes this mistakes may not be seen as mistakes by us and because we feel so naive we may end up making such mistakes ourselves . What we are advised to copy from our colleagues is there good attitude which possibly include the ones you have already mention like punctuality , being industrious , and also being hard-working .

It is absolutely true that we cannot be very perfect in everything and some of the things that we will always need the attention and the opinions of others is possibly in the areas of business . There are indeed some business experts and sometimes this business experts I'm not totally experts themselves because to some extent they will always need the attention and the opinion of others in order to make perfection . So feel free to ask others possibly your business colleagues and your coworkers on areas that you do not understand because it will absolutely go a long way to help you acquire knowledge that you would have acquired if you kept quiet .
