Like I have always said that people who want to venture into businesses should seek knowledge and understanding of the kind of business they are really venturing into. if you know the kind of business you want to venture into very well and what it entails, then writing a business plan will not be a problem because you already know what is all about.

Writing a business plan is not hard but it can be tasking. It will require a lot work, thinking and strategy to make up a good business plan. Though it is not hard for me, as long as the finance is ready, the planning will be easy. More so, writing a business can take time and be tasking because what is what doing is what doing well.

I don't see people using the difficulty in writing business plan as an excuse as serious business owners. Even if it is hard to write, there is no compulsion anywhere that business plan should be written by the entrepreneur. He can easily seek the hands of consultants. What happen is that most people only dabble into business for money and they don't have blueprints for the survival of the business.
