It is almost correct and accurate to say that without strict workplace policies most business organisations and commercial Enterprises wouldn't be organised as it is today. It is indeed accurate and correct for an individual to say that strict workplace policies, serves as rules and regulations guiding how a particular business organisation should be managed and controlled by all personnels and members making up the business organisation. Some of the strict workplace policies that we may be familiar with include: no exhibiting or reflecting of illicit and questionable attitudes by employees, resuming workplace responsibilities with punctuality, joint participation in achieving business goals and objectives, asking questions when confused so as not to include negative consequences when handling business responsibilities, on no account should business confidential information and details be reviewed to outsiders etc. There are many more to this, but the ones above seems to be the most familiar among the others.
The policies governing a particular organisation is always revealed to each employee and each business worker, so that he or she should carry out workplace responsibilities and duties irrespective and in full recognition of the policies in mind. Going beyond organisational policies, most times leads to termination of employees contracts and reprimanding of organizational employees.
