Making a career change during the age of 40 to 50 may absolutely be strange to some individuals and in fact majority of people believe that during the age of 40 to 50 you should be able to have planned your retirement. But it is important that we understand that making a career change does not have anything to be affected by our age. And it is basically the decision of every individual to either stay in his or her present career or job or possibly make a change. Making a change in your career or job absolutely is resulted by so many factors and so many situations but one of the major situations in which an individual may obviously change his or her career and job is that he or she feels less satisfactory or less comfortable in his or her present job or career. Changing your career and given the age of 40 to 50 can absolutely be resulted by so many factors, for example who your present job may always demand you that you wake up early in the morning and be there in the business environment on time but given the age of 40 to 50, an individual may not really have such energy to be waking up early in order to make him or herself available in the business environment on time, however to prevent him or herself from such dilemma, he or she may obviously change his or her career or job, in order to occupy and have more free space and freedom.

I stand to be corrected, but I believe that there is absolutely nothing wrong for an individual to change his or her career or job during the age of 40 to 50, and in as much as he or she should plan for retirement that absolutely makes it even more important for him or her to still engage in satisfactory job and career opportunities even at that age.

Career change is never affected by age and even if an individual feels the need to change his or her career or job during the age of 40 or 50 he or she can obviously change his whole career and job. In most regions and countries of the world the age of 40 or 50 is not even close to retirement age and yes it is obvious that an individual can change his or her career in such an age. In my country Nigeria there are many individuals who are even above the age of 40 or 50 who are still working class individuals, one of the reasons why these individuals remain among the working-class individuals is because they need to effectively plan for their retirement. Retirement planning is absolutely no joke and if an individual is not efficiently plan for his or her retirement he or she will leave his or her rest of her Life after retirement in broke ness and penury.

It is important for one individual to always have a good and efficient paying job and one of the best and effective ways to do so is by making a career change if your present job isn't paying you what you deserve.

Career change definitely has nothing to do with age and even if an individual's feel the need to change his whole career possibly doing the age of 40 or 50 the whole idea of career is basically to feel satisfied and comfortable but if your career presently does not create room for you to feel satisfied and comfortable then you can obviously change it even if your age is the ring the age range of 40 or 50. Originally the retirement age for an individual is 75 to 80 years but in most regions and countries of the world the retirement age will be from 60 to 65 and you see that obviously does not even effect the age of 40 or 50 which simply means that when an individual is still between the age of 40 or 50 he or she is obviously a working class individual.

Other factors that are affected by job change will be the individuals test and preference and the individual sense of comfortability but definitely not age.
