I fully agree with everything you mention in your thread about hummus. To be honest, I am not sure if this kind of food is known worldwide. In my country, Cyprus, we know hummus very well. We eat them very often and especially when we fast. This food is not only delicious but it is very nutritious because it contains vitamins and proteins. It is so healthy for us, so it would be wise to consume hummus as often as we can. Thank you very much for your informative thread about hummus and its health benefits.
