In business it does not depend on the gender category of an individual to succeed but rather it depends on the mental competence and physical intellectuality of such individual how to establish implement and also manage a business. Male and female individuals today a business owners and although majority of male individuals have gained over the business sector in terms of recognition and reputation, but that does not mean that female individuals are successful business owners and entrepreneurs.

I won't say entirely that gender is a qualifying factor in business but there are some businesses that are more suited to a particular gender and it is just in rate cases that you see the opposite gender involved in such businesses. Take for instance, a business of daily operating an inter state transportation business. I mean having a car and picking passengers to drop and return across states. It is a business that is physically demanding and is more suited for men than for women. It is an extraordinary think to see a woman do that kind of business.
